How does it work?
The current practice employed by most organizations in sourcing for suppliers is the
manual Tender Box approach where hard copy bids are dropped into a tender box and
thereafter evaluated manually by a panel or committee. Alternatively, some organizations
request for this tender information to be attached on emails.
A unique distinction of the eazyProcure™ platform is that bidders are required to submit
all their information online. The platform automates the evaluation, scoring and ranking of
these submissions, and issues results through system-generated reports.
The online procurement service is achieved by performing several key steps in the
following order:

Stage 1 - Preparation
1. Final Agreement and contract agreement meeting between the client and Codeol.
2. Client’s tender requirements analysis, Definition of prequalification and evaluation criteria.
3. Building of web template based on agreed upon evaluation criteria on eazyProcure™.

Stage 2 – Online Bidding
1. Tender invitation and /or advertisement.
2. Online Bidding on eazyProcure™ by bidders.

Stage 3 – Online bidding ends
1. Intermediate reporting to the Tender Committee.
2. Quality check on all the mandatory and non-mandatory documents submitted by bidders.

Stage 4 – Completion
1. Executive Reporting.
2. Review by client’s tender committee.
3. Communication and award.
4. Due diligence as required (Optional).
